Shoey's Adventures: Baking Evening!
Being in Level 4 lockdown, Shoey thought he would try out some new skills while at home. He loves eating cupcakes, so decided to bake some chocolate cupcakes for the first time ever. After going to the supermarket and getting all the ingredients he needed, Shoey was ready to start. Of course, he couldn't forget to wash his hands first. 😊
Adding in the dry mixture, 2 eggs, some butter and milk, Shoey used his muscles and mixed all the ingredients together. The mixture was giving off a delicious chocolate smell and Shoey found himself thinking about eating the cupcakes. Carefully, he spooned the mixture into the cupcake holders and with some adult help, put the tray into the warm oven. Waiting for the cupcakes to cook, wasn't easy for Shoey as he was so excited and hungry!
When the cupcakes were done, Shoey had to wait for them to cool before icing them. He wanted to make them extra special and so decided to add some sprinkles. Finally it was taste-testing time and Shoey gave his cupcakes a big thumbs up! 👍
